Introduction

Westpac's interest only loan may be available for a full 30 year term - depending on your LVR.

 

A few guidelines for Westpac's interest only loans

Loan repayment holidays are not available on interest only loans.

Interest only terms may be available for the full term of your loan - depending on your LVR.  This means you could have an interest only term of up to 30 years.  

 

Interest only is available on Choices Fixed and Floating interest rate loans as follows...

  • If your LVR is > 85% the maximum interest only term is 5 years.
  • If your LVR is < 85% you could have an interest only term to match the full term of your loan (i.e up to 30 years).

 

Interest only is available on Choices Everyday loans as follows...

Choices Everyday Reducing

  • If your LVR is > 85% the maximum interest only term is 5 years.
  • If your LVR is > 80% you could have an interest only term to match the full term of your loan (i.e. up to 30 years)

Choices Everyday Non-Reducing

  • This is an interest only loan.
