Loan Repayment Holiday

Introduction

With an ASB Bank loan repayment holiday, you may be able to suspend your loan repayments for up to three months.

A few things to know

• A loan repayment holiday may be taken at the start of a loan. 
• A minimum 12 month period must elapse between the conclusion of one home loan holiday period, and the commencement of another. 

• You cannot take a loan repayment holiday if the interest that will accrue over the loan repayment holiday will result in an LVR greater than 80% (or the maximum LVR for the area or product type lending). 
• There is no fee for a loan repayment holiday.
