The Mortgage Warehouse Limited (Mortgage Warehouse) does not collect personal information about you, except where specifically requested by you.


Membership registration

Registration requires you to provide us contact information and may also require demographic information. We may use your contact information from the registration page to send you information about Mortgage Warehouse and promotional material from business partners. Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary.


Membership removal

If you wish to have your registration removed from our directory for any reason, simply send us an email requesting to be removed.

Personal information provided by you via the the registration page, the loan application pages or other forms, or email, is confidential to Mortgage Warehouse. This information is only used for the purpose for which it was provided.

In processing an application for finance this information is shared with trusted parties, including providers of finance, mortgage insurers, insurance companies and insurance brokers, and credit reference agencies, or any other person or organisation deemed necessary by Mortgage Warehouse, to allow the processing of an application for finance, or credit, or insurance, or any combination of these things.

Mortgage Warehouse does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We will release personal information only when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; facilitate court proceedings; enforce or apply our terms and conditions; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Mortgage Warehouse, our members, or others.



It is the policy of Mortgage Warehouse to send our members and clients email they elect to receive, in addition to customary business communications. Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any member from any mailing list upon the member's request. Email will contain clear and obvious instructions for how the member can remove himself or herself from that mailing list.

Updating your personal information
