« Back to Glossary

Your lending structure is the combination of loan products that make up your loan. A simple loan structure may include (for example) 1 x $350,000 2 years fixed interest rate loan and 1 x $50,000 revolving credit facility. The total lending is $400k, structured as to $50k revolving credit and $350k 2 years fixed.
