There is nothing typical about our process because every case is managed according to its needs. However, our standards of service are consistent across all relationships.
First we are introduced
We normally 'meet' here on the Internet, because you have found us.
You might find us by way of a referral from a friend or family member, by searching the Internet, by responding to our advertising, or you might already know us.
We are not shy but, we prefer that you approach us and not the other way around. We don't use direct approaches to introduce ourselves to you, unless you belong to a community which invites this approach.
You see what we have to offer
You might spend some time reading the information we publish or using the resources on our web site. We maintain these resources for your benefit and convenience, and because they are integral to our business.
You contact us
Perhaps you just have a quick question that we can help you with. Maybe you have a scenario to discuss with a mortgage broker before you apply for a loan. Or, you might be ready to apply for a home loan now.
Regardless, you can apply for a home loan, or contact us with a question, any time and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Then we get started
Either, we just answer a few questions for you and that's the end of it. Or, we begin working on finance solutions to help you achieve your goals.
Your loan application gives us the information we need, so it is an important step in our process. The sooner we get it, the more we can help.
Our process depends on your needs
Upfront we will explain what we can do and what we need from you. Although there are some consistent requirements, each situation is often a little different so we prefer to tailor our process to suit your situation, your needs, or your goals. This way you get the best of a personalised service with the convenience of web based solutions.
Fees and charges
Often we are paid commission by the lender for introducing business which they deem is profitable to them. However, there are some complexities to lender commissions and we are not always remunerated by the lender. In some cases our remuneration is clawed-back by the lender, anywhere up to 2 years after we have done our job. Therefore, in some but not all cases, we may need to charge for our work.
If your proposal requires us to charge you for our time and costs, we will tell you at the beginning and we will get your agreement before we proceed.
Our Terms of Engagement and fees and charges are published here. We will always explain what, if any, fees and charges will apply before our process begins. You will not incur any costs without first agreeing to them - that's a promise.
When your loan is drawn down, we make the future easy
Our customers appreciate knowing that we stay in contact, and that we provide brief and relevant information when necessary, and we take care of administrative tasks relating to their home loan.

You can probably tell that we respect our customers and their privacy. We do understand 'inbox fatigue' so we always offer to remove subscriptions to our email lists.
